By using PackPall you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

Accounts and subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Paid features renew until you cancel. Apple manages billing and payments.
• Refunds follow Apple’s rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, break laws, abuse the system, or infringe the rights of others.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us a limited license to operate the service and store your lists.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages as allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
